Innocence Seekers, Yume ni Aruku, and the new project

In this post I will be outlining what I plan to do with my projects in the near future. Lately I have been distracted by a ton of new ideas and concepts flying into my head, so I haven’t been working on Innocence Seekers much. These ideas and concepts have inspired so many side projects (many of them unannounced here) I really need to prune them off. So, I’ve decided to plan what I will do in the near future.

Innocence Seekers

  • I will continue to post character bios for Innocence Seekers: Akari of the Light, with the next being Hiyori.
  • Once I have done that, I will develop a prototype of the battle system to be used in Innocence Seekers: Akari of the Light. There will be no graphics or sound effects in the prototype, only interface elements.
  • At some point I may post the first episode of Innocence Seekers: Mimori Flower Club (which is being written concurrently with Innocence Seekers: Akari of the Light) onto the wiki.
  • I will also post more Innocence Seekers trivia, as well as possibly announce the format of Innocence Seekers: April Light. At the moment I haven’t decided who will be the protagonist of this entry; I can choose between Amelia’s youngest sister Louise, Erika’s younger sister Himawari, or one of Yayoi’s younger sisters, namely Uzuki.

Yume ni Aruku

  • At some point I will post the first episode of the first entry onto the wiki.
  • One of the Innocence Seekers trivia posts will also elaborate on the differences between Innocence Seekers and Yume ni Aruku.
  • I may also mention the characters, and post bios.

As I mentioned in my April Fools post, I am starting a new project. Like Innocence Seekers and Yume ni Aruku, the main cast consists of pre-teen girls, and it will also use a similar magic system to that used in Innocence Seekers and Yume ni Aruku. I will start the story in Japan, although I haven’t decided whether the girls will leave the country or not at some point. I mentioned that the story will involve an apocalypse; this will happen in the first episode, and this same event will also give the girls their powers. As of now, I haven’t decided on the ending of the story, and I haven’t finalised the title.
The girls the story will follow are Teru Umuro (宇室 照), Amane Tabata (多畑 天音), Sayo Moede (萌出 佐代), and Mitsuki Hagami (葉上 美月). Each of these girls have 28 strokes in their name, and the number 28 will at one point prove important in the story (I could go as far as have 28 chapters, each with 28 episodes, but I won’t do that).

P.S. Happy birthday to Alice Cartalet of Kiniro Mosaic! (or is it spelt “Cartelet”? I’m not sure myself; Sentai Filmworks (and thus, TVTropes) uses the former, many other sources (including Wikipedia) use the latter)
