Over the next few weeks, I will be posting the bios for the characters of Innocence Seekers: Akari of the Light, an entry of Innocence Seekers: The Black Rose. I have already posted three entries, that of Akari Kuritani, Michiru Kurosawa, and Yayoi Miyana. This will be another of these posts, which will detail Hiyori.
Hiyori Kigawa (黄川 ひより)

Hiyori is a character in Innocence Seekers: Akari of the Light and one of Akari’s friends. Like Akari, she was born and raised in the Kingdom of Namari. Hiyori is a kind, polite, intelligent and reliable girl who excels at many things.
Hiyori is the only daughter of Amane Kigawa. Like her friends, Hiyori is an Innocent (magical girl), who possesses powers few can attain. However, being an Innocent means that Hiyori will be thrust into dangerous battles at a young age. Both Hiyori and Amane know this, and Hiyori has been honing her magic abilities in preparation for the day when she will be thrown into battle.
Hiyori’s Inherent Ability is Binds of Blessings, which, when activated, ensures that no binding magic cast by Hiyori can be broken (unless it is a subject of an “irresistible force meets immovable object”-type scenario). It can only be activated when Hiyori is in Full Burst Mode. In gameplay, this manifests as a special status effect which can be inflicted on enemies. This status effect prevents the affected from moving and restricts it to ranged attacks. The status effect cannot be removed or dispelled, and will only disappear when Hiyori is no longer in Full Burst Mode or a certain number of turns have passed.
And with that, I have finished posting the bios for the main characters of Innocence Seekers: Akari of the Light. I will post bios for the other playable characters later, starting with Mirai.
